THANK YOU, I can only thank you. My disk failed suddenly right when I had no backup and I lost 10 years worth of pictures, music and documents. You think it will never happen to you, until it happens. Someone recommended it to me in Mastodon and now I have all of my files back. I was crying so sad, and after recovering all, crying tears of joy. Muchas gracias, de corazón.

I had a 12TB WD external suddenly lose its partition. I tried a couple of other well-known solutions, and they were hugely disappointing. At best, they could copy over files that had lost their names and directory structure, and often, they didn't work at all (especially the MP4 files). As a last ditch attempt, on the recommendation of someone on YouTube, I tried DMDE. It found my partition, even its name, and its entire directory structure and contents intact. I bought a license and copied everything over to a new 14TB external. DMDE even managed to recover the original partition and get it back into Windows with a drive letter. Phenomenal! DMDE is so much better than anything else I tried, it's practically magical.

Amazing software! It did exactly what it promised, without any compromises. After days of testing various free tools that could only recover damaged videos, I found your software, and it worked perfectly. I was able to recover everything intact. Thank you so much!

I never thought a program this helpful would ever exist. It actually worked for me, I was able to recover data that I thought I had forever lost on an external SSD. You have nothing to lose by trying this program out, all it takes is some common sense and a little bit of time. Great job developer!

The Graphics interface is terrible
Just put a save log button
Just give people the ability to set it to always ignore all
DON'T have it automatically set itself to save logs to THE PARTITION THAT IS HAVING DATE RECOVERED FROM IT
----those are just the common sense fixes----
The language you use in the program is largly unpractical. Like you had something to prove making this application to try to make it for only those with the most tech savvy lexicon.
There is a reason your company is undervalued; your customer service sucks. Your application has the GUI of a pre90s computer. This program as it is, is not worth more than $20.
Fix your program or live with the reality that you are scamming people.

I had 14 T on two drives in an external enclosure. Out of the blue (no warning) it went blank. When I removed them they both showed in Windows as unallocated needing formatting for use. No way. I tried another (the most prominent site) program that showed some of the data. But when I used the paid version all I recovered was gibberish. Then I discovered DMDE. Super. I had unmentionable important stuff on there.
Of course I still need new drives for the recovery but then I can save the old ones for plug in backups. I have most of it backed up on the cloud and local via Macrium but not all. Time to revisit my backup strategies. DMDE is the only recovery software that I've ever found to actually work. Regards.
